- PreviewIncorrect sentence and incorrect tumor stage: In the article by Kademani entitled “Oral Cancer,” published in the July 2007 issue of Mayo Clinic Proceedings (Mayo Clin Proc. 2007;82:878-887), an incorrect sentence was published in the abstract and an incorrect tumor stage was published in the legend to Figure 6. The second sentence of the abstract should read as follows: Of the 615,000 new cases of head and neck tumors reported worldwide in 2000, 300,000 were primary oral cavity squamous cell carcinomas.
